How long does flooring installation take in Dallas?

Most installs finish in 1 to 3 days. Demolition, install, and haul-off happen in the same trip. Larger homes, projects that mix materials (laminate downstairs with engineered hardwood upstairs, for example), and stair-heavy jobs can take longer. We walk you through the schedule at the site visit and set your install date with you.

What if there's subfloor damage in my Dallas home?

Light subfloor prep and leveling are included on every install. If the slab needs major correction or the subfloor needs replacing, we measure it at the site visit and list it on your written quote. If we lift your floor and find hidden damage (water rot, joist work), we stop, show you what we found, and quote the repair in writing before any more work happens. You decide whether to proceed.
