One number. Locked at signing.
Three full packages of materials and installation, plus an install-only option for client-supplied floors.
Other DFW shops advertise lower per-sqft headlines, then add thousands more at the kitchen table. Ours stays the number you signed. Compare the final number, not the headline.
Every staircase locks into the same paper trail as the floor. Pick the finish. The standard stays the same.
Single-story home? Skip to the estimator →Treads, risers, stair noses, transitions — all matched to your floor. Pre-finished, sanded, sealed. Up to 18 steps. Locked at signing.
Pre-finished white risers paired with custom-stained treads. Every transition fitted to your floor. Most DFW shops bill $1,500+ as a "custom finish" line item. Ours locks flat. The work we're known for.
Spiral, curved, winder, double-flight — quoted to your specific structure. Site visit measures rise, run, balustrade integration, and finish pairing. Number locks at signing once the specs are confirmed.
Most DFW flooring companies install stairs without a workmanship warranty. We back ours 1 year on Standard install, 2 years on Full Service — same paper trail as your floor. When a tread squeaks at month 8, we come back. Theirs don't.
When competitors hear "white risers, stained treads," they quote standard then add $100 per step for "custom finish." That's $1,800–$3,000 extra on an 18-step flight. Ours is a flat $1,500 add, locked at signing. Not "custom rate." Same number, every quote.
Standalone stair installers in DFW bill site visits, minimums, and trip fees as line items on top of the labor. When stairs are added to a FloorFlash floor install, the same crew handles both on the same trip. The bundled work folds into one lock. No second contractor in your house.
No appointment needed. Type your sqft, choose your service level, see your working number.
Your picked tier and samples carry over from above. The final number locks at signing, once we've measured on-site.
Pick a tier. We'll show your working rate. Elite is the most popular pick: premium LVP/SPC, the floor most DFW homeowners land on.
Standard is the install. Full Service is the install plus premium baseboards, quarter-round trim, and an extra year of workmanship warranty. The pick most designers would make.
Both include premium material, expert install, demolition & haul-off, furniture moving, and locked pricing at signing. Full Service adds premium baseboards, quarter-round trim, and bumps the workmanship warranty from 1 year to 2.
Optional. If your project includes a staircase, pick the finish. Premium is the two-tone signature look: white risers, stained treads. Flat $1,500 add. Skip if you're floor-only.
Optional. If you're keeping the baseboards you have, skip. If you're upgrading or replacing, pick a profile. Full Service already includes premium 6" baseboards. Customize here only if you picked Standard.
All prices include materials · installation. Every baseboard is waterproof — built for moisture-prone areas like kitchens and bathrooms.
Full Service means our best. Premium baseboards and trim, installed where and if your home needs them. Our crew determines the actual scope on-site. No picking, no guessing. You get the top tier of everything we install. Switch to Standard above to customize manually.
When new baseboards are installed (or existing ones remounted) to close the gap above your new floor, the baseboard often sits slightly lower than where it sat before. If the wall behind the original baseboard wasn't painted — or was painted while the baseboard was already in place — you may see a thin strip of unpainted or off-color wall just above the new baseboard. This is a wall-paint condition, not an install issue. Shoe mold (below) is the practical fix. Its slim profile sits flush against the baseboard and covers the strip with no touch-up paint required. Flagging it up front because it's a common condition, not because the install caused it.
Optional. Small molding where the baseboard meets the floor; hides the expansion gap. Quarter round is the traditional profile. Shoe mold is slimmer. Skip if you don't need it.
Small molding at the baseboard-to-floor seam. Hides the expansion gap. Two profiles below. All prices include materials · installation.
Carpet, laminate, and LVP — demo + haul-off included, no surcharge. Tile, ceramic, or anything glued down is heavier labor and we confirm the exact number at the site visit (still locked at signing, just after we look at it).
Demolition & haul-off is included on carpet, laminate, and LVP. Tile, ceramic, and glued-down flooring are heavier labor — surcharge confirmed at the site visit.
Know the rough square footage of your heavy-demo areas? Tile bathroom, glued-down hardwood foyer, ceramic kitchen. A ballpark lets us pre-stage the right crew and tools. If you don't know, we measure at the site visit. Surcharge still locks at signing either way.
Or just tap Continue — we'll measure it at the site visit.
Drag the slider or type the number. Your estimate updates next to it in real time. We confirm exact measurements at the site visit; the number you see here is what locks at signing.
Don't know your square footage? Most homeowners don't. Ballpark it with the slider for a rough total, or leave it at 0 and we'll measure at the site visit. Either way, the number locks at signing.
Most contractors hide the warranty in fine print, or skip it altogether.
We hand you both — at signing, in writing, before a single plank goes down.
Manufacturer-backed coverage on every floor we install. Standard limited residential terms. Stays with the supplier; we handle the claim filing on your behalf.
FloorFlash-controlled coverage on the install itself. 2 years on Full Service tiers (Core/Elite/Dream FS). 1 year on Standard install and Precision Install. We come back, we fix it. End of story.
A warranty is only as real as the install behind it. We use the manufacturer-required moisture barrier under every laminate and SPC install, always. The fine print stays intact, the warranty stays valid. Honest note: filing a claim is still a process. Every manufacturer requires paperwork, ours included. The difference: we install it right the first time, hand you the documentation at signing, and you have one number to call.
Bring your own materials — we bring our crew, demolition, and installation. Fill out what you can. We'll review and reply with a number ASAP.
